ACQUITY BEH Amide columns are designed to retain extremely polar compounds such as carbohydrates and sugars. Utilizing BEH technology and a chemically stable, trifunctionally bonded amide phase, these columns operate from pH 2 to 12, allowing separation of polar analytes across a wide range of polarity and pKa. They also facilitate a wide range of mobile phase pH (2–11) for analytes too polar for reversed-phase chromatography.
